Stunning photos from last night’s “surprising” brownbread mixtape

We had a rip-roaring good time at the brownbread mixtape last night. One of our most raucous, fun nights ever. Our thanks to you, the audience, for your support last night and your continued support this year. We are humbled and delighted in equal measure every month. Many thanks also to our remarkable performers last night who entertained us so masterfully. Our thanks to Leanne Harte for her sumptuous songs, Ailbhe McDonagh for her supercool cello performance, Fintan O’Higgins for his funny, funky poems, Fiach for his brilliant banter, savage songs and that unforgettable “Kazoo duel” with Enda. Thanks also to our inimitable Brownbread Players who delighted us with witty, wacky, wonderful sketches. All of these artists are deserving of your attention.  Seek them out and support them whenever & wherever you can. Now, relive last night’s brilliant show in the following wonderful photos by photographer Jorge Garcia Rey.

The brownbread mixtape is a free monthly comedy, poetry & music show in the Stag’s Head pub in Dublin, Ireland.

Each  show has a theme. Each act does a performance based on the theme. We all have loads of fun. Simple as that.
